It only took about 100 years for boxing to go from one of the most vilified sports to one of the most plagarized simply because it works on so many different populations and situations and that field keeps growing. It wasn't that long ago that boxing in the US was illegal, not so much because of what they were doing but who was doing it - immigrants. If boxing was your ticket out of the ghetto, maybe whoever made the rules preferred you stay in the ghetto. Times change, values change and those immigrants aren't so immigrant any more. As the poor and huddled masses made their way into the mainstream, so did boxing and worked it's way into modern science. Now it's a main staple of physical and mental health , including anxiety, depression and Parkinson's. Those old time trainers had an ability to see into a person, understand what was wrong and then how to fix it. Adrenaline is the wonder drug. Knowing how it works and when to apply it requires a diploma that only comes on canvas.
That's where we come in.
